A few minutes from Marsala and from the sea, Villa Scirocco is an elegant farmhouse with pool recently restored.
At the entrance, there are a large courtyard with a garden of palms and olive trees and the large swimming pool.
Inside, on the ground floor, you will find a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a bright living room, three rooms, each with en-suite shower room, as well as an additional relaxation room with a sofa bed. An outdoor staircase leads to the terrace from where you can enjoy a splendid view over the sea and the Egadi Isles. Here you can also find another bedroom with en-suite room.

Belle villa avec grand jardin. Propre. Fonctionnelle. Situation à l'écart de Marsala, à l'écart de la plage et de la route. Proximité en voiture de Erice, Segeste, Marsala,.. Piscine trop froide en cette mi avril.
