Villa Ulivo è una proprietà di nuova costruzione perfetta per una vacanza al mare. La casa si trova a 300 metri dalla spiaggia sabbiosa e circa a 800 metri dal centro cittadino di Marzamemi, raggiungibile anche a piedi.
La proprietà si sviluppa su 2 livelli. Al piano terra si trova la zona living, consistente in un open space con cucina, tavolo da pranzo e comodo divano, oltre a un bagno di servizio senza doccia. Attraverso una scala si accede al primo piano, dove si trovano 2 camere da letto matrimoniali e un bagno completo.
All’esterno si trova un piccolo giardino privato di 200 metri quadri, con una piscina di 5 metri x 4 con doccia esterna a servizio e una cucina esterna completa di barbecue.
La villa è perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone o 2 coppie di amici che desiderano trascorrere una vacanza di relax e divertimento.

They are very efficient. We had a problem with the boiler and the immediately sent someone to fix it.
Really lovely villa. Good base to explore the South of Sicily if you have a car. But you don’t really need a car as the beach is literally at your doorstep (4 to 5 minute walk) and Marzamemi (a beautiful fishing village) is only 1km away (15 to 20 minute walk). The village is always busy and bustling during the summer (I visited in August). Very good food in nearby restaurants. Having the pool helped cool down and relax when we didn’t feel like going to the beach. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and were well looked after by the host.
We had a great family holiday at a villa in Marzamemi hosted by Lorena and IsulaTravel. Lorena was extremely helpful and always very responsive. The villa was perfect for our needs and exactly as advertised in the various directories. It was clean and in a really good location. We would definitely look to use IsulaTravel again.
We had a great family holiday at the villa which is a great option for a small family. The villa is in a great location, a quiet street with the beach a short walk away. The swimming pool is a real benefit and we spent most of our time during the day at either the beach or poolside. The Marzamemi town centre is very easy to get to and has a number of excellent restaurant options. It is very picturesque and has a lovely atmosphere in the evenings. There are also a number of supermarkets in nearby Pachino which is a short drive away. We would recommend renting a car to get around as although the beach is easily walkable we found it easier to drive into Marzamemi and Pachino. The host was very helpful and extremely responsive. Overall we had a great trip and would definitely recommend the villa.
The location of the the villa near Marzamemi was really good with good access to the historic center, beach and restaurants. The service managing the rental was excellent. Lorena took good care of us. The villa itself was not as expected at that price level. It did not match at all with the pictures in the web. The equipment was really poor and did not meet our expectations. We would recommend to do some upgrades to prevent further negative reviews.
