House on the beach è una splendida casa fronte spiaggia, perfetta per chi cerca una vacanza al mare.
La casa si trova esattamente di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa di Santa Maria del Focallo, basta attraversare la strada.
L'immobile è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2022.
L'ingresso è sulla cucina-soggiorno, dal quale si accede alle due camere matrimoniali e un bagno con doccia. Il soggiorno si apre su una splendida veranda proprio di fronte al mare che, soprattutto al tramonto, regala scorci da cartolina.
La proprietà dispone di un posto auto riservato. A piedi si possono raggiungere bar, supermercato ed edicola.
Presso la spiaggia situata proprio davanti casa è possibile prenotare lettini e ombrellone dal 10 giugno al 31 agosto.
Tassa di soggiorno da pagare prima dell'arrivo.

Appartement très bien aménagé, avec équipements de cuisine et de salle de bains de grande qualité (chaises Stark…), literie au top, tout est neuf ou comme, installation électrique dernier cri. Un bémol sur l'annonce, car les photos présentent ensemble les DEUX appartements de la "house on the beach". La route est un problème, car la vitesse est limitée mais elle n'est pas respectée (90/100 à l'heure au ras de la terrasse!). Une action auprès de la mairie serait nécessaire.
We rented from IsulaTravel very nice, modern and clean house on the beach. Everything was as described and the local care of the host was exceeding expectations. I strongly recommend IsulaTravel as the vacation agency.
Beach house was in a perfect location! We truly loved our stay here. House was clean and had all needed amenities to feel at home. Loved watching the sunset from the deck! Host was excellent … friendly and always helpful.
This stay was absolutely perfect from the very beginning to the end! We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of champagne and a lovely selection of traditional local treats — such a thoughtful and delightful gesture that made us feel instantly at home. The host was incredibly attentive and kind — they showed us around, explained everything clearly, and were always available in case we needed anything. The house itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and smelled amazing. Everything felt brand new and well-maintained. There was plenty of space, and we especially loved the gorgeous terrace, the comfortable and spacious rooms, and the fully equipped kitchen, which was truly a pleasure to use. We had a perfect parking spot for our car, which was very convenient and safe. The host provided lots of towels, including beach towels, dishwasher capsules, laundry detergent, and even personal hygiene products, which was incredibly thoughtful and made our stay so much easier. Our stay at the beach house was wonderful. The apartment is modern, superbly equipped, clean, and cozy. The best part was the terrace with its sea view, separated from the beach only by a road. We especially loved the little foot shower on the terrace. Our car had a private parking space. The area is quiet, and we had the beautiful beach all to ourselves at the end of October. Restaurants and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away. We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. Saro and Angelo were very attentive, showed us around, and explained everything. Saro gave us great tips for excursions every day and brought us fresh fruit from his garden. We'll be back! 100% recommended!
