Sea Home è una splendida proprietà fronte mare con piscina e con vista sul mare, completamente rinnovata nel 2018, situata a Marina di Modica.

L'esterno della casa è costituito da un bellissimo giardino con piscina da cui si può godere di una splendida vista sul mare e da un'ampia veranda attrezzata con divano, tavolo e sedie. L'interno è composto da uno spazio aperto che comprende la cucina e il soggiorno, con una splendida vista sul giardino e sul mare, 1 camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 camera doppia e il bagno principale.

Il mare è a soli 30 metri dal cancello, con scogliera a livello del mare, da dove è possibile entrare facilmente in acqua per godersi il mare Mediterraneo; la spiaggia di sabbia dorata più vicina si trova a 700 metri, più o meno 8 minuti a piedi o meno con le biciclette offerte gratuitamente.

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über jeglichen Komfort, ist hervorragend ausgestattet und vor allem die Lage, Garten, Pool und Meerblick sind atemberaubend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut angemessen und Vincenzo als Gastgeber war jederzeit ansprechbar und über alle Maßen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hier sei nur das Lebensmittelpaket erwähnt, dass er zur Begrüßung für uns bereit hielt. Das haben wir so noch nie erlebt.

Everything in this house is thought out to the last detail. Stunning view, proximity to the sea, stylish interior. The house has EVERYTHING you need and more. The host has thought of everything to make you feel at home, and in some respects even better. We spent 5 unforgettable days on this Villa and despite our big new house, our children did not want to leave, and the younger daughter even cried and asked to leave her here to live)) If next time we go to Sicily and we will be in its southern part, then I have no doubts what kind of house we should live. I want to say a few words about Vincenzo. Charming, very attentive and patient host who treated us not only as guests or clients but as family members. The road to Modica took us about 4 hours from Palermo and we arrived very tired, Vincenzo met us with local food and a box of vegetables from his father-in-law's garden, and in the fridge, we found eggs, milk, cheese, meat and all sorts of other goodies, including basket fruit. It was enough for 6 of us to have almost two fool 2 meals. Who would have imagined that after a long trip with 3 children you did not have to go to the grocery store for food, I was so surprised)) In general, the best owner of all with whom I had to contact ever, the amazing house is the best that I had to rent for a short term.

We took a family vacation to Sicily in August and stayed at the Sea Home in Marina di Modica. We have previously traveled to Sicily and were familiar with the area and Sea Home offered the best and most convenient accommodations of all of our visits. The photos of the villa that are posted on IsulaSicilia portray exactly what you get, except when you arrive it is even more beautiful. The villa and grounds are clean, private and completely updated inside and outside with new appliances, air conditioning, furniture, salt water pool, grill, etc. Lighting inside and outside the villa is fantastic. The outdoor living area is very spacious and comfortable and where we spent most of our time. There is an enclosed outdoor bathroom and shower, and washing machine which was very convenient. Sea Home is just steps from the sea, and in addition to the beach at Marina di Modica, it is very close to other beaches such as Pisciotto and Sampieri. The city of Modica is only about a 20 minute drive. A supermarket is close by (less than 5 minute drive) and convenient for shopping. Our family travels regularly and Sea Home is definitely a winner that shouldn’t be missed.
