La villa si trova a Santa Maria del Focallo, a circa 80 metri dalla spiaggia che, per bellezza, pulizia e trasparenza del mare, ha ottenuto la Bandiera Blu.
Villa Vitarmi è perfetta per famiglie o 2 coppie di amici che desiderano condividere il divertimento di una vacanza al mare senza rinunciare alla propria privacy.
La proprietà ha, infatti, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali con bagno privato, soggiorno con cucina a vista e un terzo bagno che serve la zona giorno che, a sua volta, si apre sull'accogliente veranda esterna, perfetta per consumare i pasti all'aperto.
La villa è completata dalla piscina dove gli ospiti potranno rinfrescarsi nei caldi pomeriggi estivi o semplicemente rilassarsi leggendo magari un bel libro o sorseggiando un drink.
La vicinanza della spiaggia, raggiungibile a piedi, dà alla villa quel valore aggiunto che la rende particolarmente adatta a famiglie con bambini.

Unsere Bewertung für Villa Vitarmi in Santa Maria del Focallo: Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Vitarmi war einfach traumhaft! Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr, die Straße wird nur von Anliegern befahren. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. In nur etwa zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man einen wunderschönen Sandstrand. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich drei Restaurants, die ebenfalls zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Auch eine kleine Bäckerei ist in der Nähe, wo man morgens frisches Brot und Croissants kaufen kann. Die Unterkunft selbst war eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser, die wir je gemietet haben. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen tollen Ausblick und der kleine Swimmingpool mit Liegen und Außendusche ist einfach herrlich. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Es handelt sich um ein Nichtraucherhaus, das zweckmäßig mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Entgegen der Beschreibung sind nicht zwei, sondern sogar drei Badezimmer vorhanden, jeweils mit eigener Dusche. WLAN ist vorhanden, allerdings ist die Übertragungsqualität nicht sehr hoch. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Vermieterin, die bei unserer Ankunft den Kühlschrank bereits mit Lebensmitteln und Getränken für die ersten Tage gefüllt hatte. Sie war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und durchgehend erreichbar und bei allen Problemen ansprechbar; ebenso Simona von IsulaTravel! Herzlichen Dank hierfür! Fazit: Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, an den wir noch lange zurückdenken werden. Wir können die Villa Vitarmi nur wärmstens empfehlen!
We had a great time at Villa Vitarmi. Everything looked like the pictures, it was really beautiful, clean and modern. Communication with Simona and Maria was great, we felt very welcome and could ask for help whenever we needed it. We got greeted with a lovely welcome platter and drinks and were shown the villa. The beach is only a minute away by foot and you can easily travel to nearby cities like Modica, Scicly and Noto by car within 30-60 minutes. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend booking and staying with IsulaTravel.
Great expérience with Isula travel! The house was great, brand new and well equiped. Great terrace and pool. We were very kindly welcomed by Maria with an aperitivo and some food to avoid going to the supermarket on the first day. And she made sure that everything went well during our stay. Thank you!
Villa Vitarmi is the perfect place to spend a wonderful holiday close to the sea! You have a great beach just across the road and the house is beautiful and has everything you need, including a nice pool to chill out after a hot day at the beach. If you don’t want to spend your time always at the same beach, you have a huge choice within 10 to 30 minutes drive. Additionally, the beautiful Ragusa is also very close. Maria and Alessandro are great hosts and welcomed us like we have never experienced before! Also IsulaTravel was always very professional in every communication.
We had a great holiday at Villa Vitarmi. We stayed for one week in October at Villa Vitarmi Very nice house with an amazing pool and roof terrace only a few steps away from the beautiful long sandy beach. The house was very nice furnished and had everything we needed. The support from Simona from IsulaTravel and the owners of the villa was always great. When we arrived from the airport the fridge was full with different food and also cold drinks including a pretty good franciacorta sparkling wine. We are looking forward to come back to Sicily and would Book a house at IsulaTravel again.
